Hi, I'm Gene Neeley, founder of Parker Skye Solutions.

For more than 20 years, I've built my career managing complex projects in the aerospace and defense industry, where accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail are critical. Throughout my career, I've been responsible for managing budgets, tracking costs, analyzing financial data, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I've developed a disciplined approach to organization, documentation, and financial oversight. These same skills are what make effective bookkeeping so valuable to small businesses.
